2 /5 Sergio (sr_gio): I have had several of my vehicles smog checked at this place. They had the same smog tech for years but he is no longer there. The staff is not horrible but definitely lack customer service skills. The last two times I have visited this place..... most recently today I have had to deal with the owner Adan Gomez. Adan lacks courtesy and extremely rude. At todays visit, two of his employees were working on vehicles and unable to greet me (customer), Adan clearly seeing that his employees were busy did not acknowledge me even after making eye contact with. Instead he turned his back. With his back turned, I asked him if they were doing smog checks?....several seconds passed and he responds yes. I would like to have a smog check. Again, several seconds pass and tells me the smog tech does not arrive until 10am. I said thank you and walked away irritated with Adans customer service or lack of. As I was walking away one of his employees approached me apologized on Adas behalf which I appreciated.
