Kristen: Jenna is an amazing and talented person at what she does. More importantly, I have thoroughly have enjoyed my results with my treatments. My scars have improved drastically and I would love to continue other services with her after this journey. She is also so sweet and kind and a joy to talk with during my visits as well.
al v: Bad customer service. To top it off, this hairstylist is an idiot. She posted on the door that she was going to be back at a certain time. Once she got there, she started complaining about her personal life and not even having time to eat, which is not my fault and I dont really care about. She was giving me an attitude. I was about to walk out on her because she was getting on my nerves. She is complaining about work being slow and making no money and doesnt realize that shes pushing customers away. What an idiot! Would I recommend her? Hell, no! She should consider changing careers and closing the place down.
Caitlin Villa: They are rude I called to see if they do balayages and the guy literally hung up on me and I asked if I can speak with some one else and he said no and hung up! I will not be coming back to them as they just lost a costumer
Han Tran: I was honestly a little nervous going in because it was my first time but Rachelle made the whole experience amazing! She was super sweet, incredibly friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and was so gentle and professional. I’m so glad I chose her for my first wax and it couldn’t have gone better! Will definitely be going to her from now on:)
Karla Vega: Soo disappointed with the quality of this hair for $250 and only 113grams of hair this is how every clip came out so thin and choppy, the “seamless clip” is so cheaply made it feels like paper and bends easily/doesn’t stay firm on your head, it will definitely be lasting less than a few months. And this is supposed to be their “best” clip-ins. Go elsewhere because needing 2 packs of hair for low quality cheap hair extensions is not worth it. This is why providing testers is important especially with a “no refund” policy. I have never had issues with any other extension brands online they’re always over 200grams for 1 pack of hair and firm, great clips. I tried to give a local store a try because the color was nice but Never recommencing to anyone.
