    Sung Jin Ahn: Few weeks ago, I went out for dinner in Concord area with my friends from Pleasanton. As we were arriving at the restaurant, someone noticed a puddle of water under my car. I called a towing but it was too expensive to get it towed to my area. So we looked up a shop, and Choes Auto Center came up with best reviews. It was a weekend so everything was closed. We just had our car towed to Choes and called them on Monday. As they are highly rated shop, their appointments were fully booked. But knowing my situation, the owner got our car fixed in just a day and half staying over time. His understanding and kindness not only saved me time, but saved me financially because I didnt have to tow the car and rent a car for the service. I highly recommend Choes for their honest diagnostics and understanding.

    Brighteyes25100: I have come here twice. My Dad has come multiple times. My first repair or should I say replacement was for my catalytic converter that was stolen. This time was because my Instrument Cluster Circuit Panel went out. This had been a problem for quite some time. I was just thinking it wasn’t a big deal. Thankfully it gave me all the signs I needed to finally take it in. I was happy when they called and said it was ready to be picked up. It’s like my car is brand new again even though it’s 16 years old. So grateful to Frank for fixing it. He also fixed a piece of my car vent in the estimate. I couldn’t be happier.

    Nadeem Mohiuddin: I am a new car owner and own a VW Jetta from 2010, and its a pretty sensitive car that needs proper maintenance. At the time, I was having engine issues and wasnt sure where to go for repairs and an oil change. My experience at Foreign Auto Care was amazing! The customer service is excellent and the prices are very good for foreign cars (Jiffy Lube expected me to pay ~250 for an oil change whereas it was 150 here). I have to give a big thank you to Carlos for being a great manager; he genuinely cares about meeting your needs instead of taking your money. Overall a 10/10 for the business and the people who work here.

I used Randys for the first time and found Jason, the office manager, to be patient, thoughtful and he helped me to understand what needed to be done. I met the technician when my car was ready and he too was friendly and approachable. I spoke with Randy before I left and he welcomed me and went the extra mile to clean oil off the engine. Randys will be the auto service provider that I will use going forward.

    Jillian Stone: I was advised to go here, and was told they were very honest. I called to make an appointment, and explained to them where I had already taken it, and the code I was given. As well as what was going on with the car. The guy on the phone told me next time not to elaborate on what was already done or what was going on with the car. Not only was this extremely rude, it seems like this would be stuff that would be helpful in diagnosing the car since the one code its giving is not specific to whats going on. Very disappointed! Especially since they had such good reviews and were recommended as good honest people.
