Youssef Mohammed (Youssef) I brought my Mercedes C300 to this shop after the check engine light came on, and they diagnosed it as a faulty thermostat. I paid over $1,000 for the repair, including parts and labor. However, not even a day later, the check engine light came back on. I returned to the shop, and they told me the issue was now electrical and recommended I take it to the dealership. At this point, I felt like the initial diagnostic was rushed or incomplete. If the problem was electrical from the beginning, it should have been caught before replacing the thermostat. I essentially paid for a repair that didn’t fix the actual issue. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of thoroughness and transparency. I’m currently seeking a second opinion from the dealership and considering filing a formal complaint. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

Reggie Schierholz I took my car in and had brakes put on my car, my brakes or worse now then before. Took car back and they heard the noise coming from brakes and was told my new brakes was old fresh out of the boxs thats why theyre making noise i took my car back 4 time. Customer service is very bad. They put a hole in my back tire

Mark Cardella Sr. - Eckhart Auto Body I was driving my 1965 Shelby Cobra replica from So Ca to Concord for my grandsons Middle School Graduation on June 8th. 230 miles into the trip, the new fuel pump I had installed, failed. Thank goodness for Premier AAA Towing so I had it towed to my sons home, 146 miles, as I could not find a mechanic to help me. My car was sitting since Wednesday. On Friday I called and Clayton-Treat Automotive to the rescue!! I explained my situation and they said no problem. They could take it Saturday morning when they opened. Towed it to them and by 4:30 that afternoon, I was back on the road!! I cannot express how much I appreciate them. They helped me when 4 other shops would not. Highly recommend them for fast service and honest work.

I used Randys for the first time and found Jason, the office manager, to be patient, thoughtful and he helped me to understand what needed to be done. I met the technician when my car was ready and he too was friendly and approachable. I spoke with Randy before I left and he welcomed me and went the extra mile to clean oil off the engine. Randys will be the auto service provider that I will use going forward.

Jeffrey Rondini These guys go the extra mile. We needed service on a 38 ft RV Allegro Bus. They picked up, did a thorough inspection, provided all maintenance and repair services and returned the unit working like new. I would highly recommend Randy’s Mobile Repair.

Ango I was in desperate need of help trying to get a stripped bolt out of my oil pan mating surface. (Very delicate spot to strip a bolt). After so many failed attempts I was ready to just pay a professional to do it for me. I finally called Carlos, and he just asked me to send a picture of the damage. After he saw the situation, he gave me advice over the phone that I followed exactly and I actually got it out on my own! He didn’t ask for anything in return! He’s an absolute lifesaver, and is honest, he restored my faith in mechanics!

Natalie Griffth I cant say enough good things about Carlos. Im not a car person and thought I was dead in the water in a parking lot 50 miles from my house, he came to me and not only fixed it, but made sure I knew what he was doing and how to do it myself if it ever happens again. Looked at all the things just to make sure I was good and then as an after thought was like "Hey, give me a minute Ill get your air-conditioning running." Ive had this car for 5 YEARS and bought it knowing the air wasnt working. He fixed that. He charged me exactly what he said over the phone, which was less than a tow to my regular shop. I never think of car repair as fun, but it was pretty close. Tl;Dr: Great service, like Santa for your car.

Raymond Han Will and his crew are the real deal. Super chill, honest, and genuinely good people. We brought in our car with a couple of scuffs and a deep scratch, and they took care of it quickly and professionally without trying to push for anything . What stood out the most is that they work for you, not the insurance company. You can tell they actually care about helping people, not just making money. It’s rare to find an auto shop that feels this trustworthy. Highly recommend if you want solid work from folks who have your back

Eric E. There were problems with how my insurance claim was submitted to State Farm. These issues caused Wills to lose a LOT of money on my job. The shop had my truck for 9 weeks while they worked everything out. Will graciously paid for my rental truck when insurance wouldnt. He made sure all the parts to be replaced were OEM. He stayed in communication with me the whole time, AND caught an error from the rental company that cost him another big chunk of money. I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family because of Will honesty and integrity.

SeluF Professional&knowledgable. The woman in the office looked at my car with another staff member&gave me 2 detailed estimates, as I requested, free of charge(some charge). Pleasant experience. I have to pay out of pocket and I know the labor is the chunk of cost because the damage requires hard labor and I’m fishing around for estimates. If money was no option, I’d try them for sure. Good folks. Looking at the reviews, they do right by their customers.

SUDCC IV There is something truly sinister about an “auto-body repair shop” that is nearly impossible; to park at, and charges MORE FOR LABOR, then the part needing repairing! I am definitely NOT going here! The accented receptionist did not help increase my confidence about this place.

While other shops were dismissive and flat out refused to help because my vehicle was a little bit older... These guys shined in their service and expertise. Tara Wollak If I could give Autos International in Concord 20 Gold Stars, I would! I have had a really bad experiences in the past with auto mechanics/dealerships on prior vehicles, who milk you for all you are worth for unnecessary repairs and who over charge. Thus, when my 2020 vehicle died in traffic, I took extra care in researching shops in the area to get the best bang for the buck for necessary repairs. AAA recommended a few shops to me, including this one. I found that Autos International has the lowest labor rates, with the best service Ive ever had hands down for repairs. John is absolutely fantastic, broke down what was necessary for repairs, took pictures of the trouble areas and sent them over to me with quotes, answered all my questions, and was quick to respond to my questions. Plus, he was really reasonable in what he charges for repairs!!!! If you have AAA, you also qualify for additional discounts. Going to a mechanic is like going to the dentist. You know its going to hurt! LOL! But now that I have found a mechanic I truly trust with my vehicle, making the experience much less painful. Thank you Autos International for AMAZING Service!!! I plan to refer many friends and family to you.

Despite it being my initial visit, Brian immediately earned my trust. My car had a tricky sensor issue that other shops were quoting as a very expensive fix. Brian, however, was completely transparent and resolved the problem expertly and honestly. Im so grateful for their exceptional service and integrity.

When I had a check engine light Jeffs dad told me right off the top that it could be 4 or 5 different things and they would start out with the least expensive until they found out what the trouble was. Im still driving that van around 5 years later. I really appreciate the great service they give. They are really great for routine maintenance, and wonderful when I have emergencies.

Uğurcan ŞAHİN I have received service from this workshop twice before, and I feel deceived. When I went for the oil change of my first car, they changed the oil and then claimed my front brake pads were worn out and needed replacement. Since then, I have driven over 5,000 miles, and my brake pads are still in good condition; they dont make any noise. When I went to a tire shop for a repair due to a burst left front tire, they confirmed the brake pads were in good condition when they were removed, and I verified by inspecting them closely. Later, when my cars oil change light came on after 5,000 miles, I checked the oil level and found it significantly low. It became evident that they had put too little oil during the previous change. To confirm this, I went for another oil change, and after checking the oil level, I noticed it was low again, approximately one liter short. This workshop deceives its customers; please be cautious. I have uploaded documents as photos for all the details mentioned above; you can verify them.

Rodel Moya I have been taking my cars to Contra Costa Auto Service for several years. They do everything, from regular maintenance on my commuter cars to performance parts installation upgrades on my track and weekend cars. I’m ecstatic they moved into the former tire shop and acquired an alignment rack. So, I brought in my BRZ for a performance alignment. I installed a coilover suspension with an adjustable top hat and lower rear control arm. My car had an alignment specific to the specs I wanted and was delivered. I’m looking forward to taking my BRZ out on the racetracks with the performance alignment all thanks to CoCo Auto Service. Justino (customer service manager) and Neal (owner) have been wonderful to work with. They provide fantastic customer service time and time again. The East Bay isn’t blessed with many performance shops like the Peninsula or the South Bay, so I’m glad to have found a quality auto/performance shop in the Concord area I trust.

After completing their diagnostic check, technicians informed me about all of the work that the car currently needed. Each of the different optional repairs was itemized and described clearly and concisely. I could easily see how much each of the recommended repairs would cost and authorize them individually by checking the digital boxes provided. Technicians provided me this set of repair options both as a text on my phone and as a link in my email. Working with Contra Costa Auto Service could not have been easier! In addition, their prices were far more reasonable than the prices I was quoted at the dealer just the day before.

J L Found this service center from a Yelp search for oil change and tire rotation and given my experience today for a simple oil change, I would highly recommend Stress-free. Their online booking and consistent communication is excellent. The service manager Rhett was friendly professional, and clear explaining the results of the inspection performed during the oil change service. The inspection report is detailed but easy to understand. I will definitely return for the next scheduled maintenance and consider them for other repairs.

J This is a long overdue review. Im a Costco member and was referred to Stress-Free Auto Care as a participating member for discounts in late April/May of 2025. As I was on a super tight budget, and about to go on vacation, I ended up needing tires at the last minute. 2 of my tires ended up needing repairing. The moral of this review is, Not only did Ross, Brian, and the rest of staff give me a quote which was below their competitors, but also sent me a quote via email, held to that quote, allowed my family members to do transaction for me, and made the whole process easy. They were really concerned about having customer trust, and that is a huge plus as most people dont care about those things these days.
