1 /5 Lucky Mutha: I bought new tires with road hazard for my Honda....this morning one of the tires was flat....I took it back in to have warranty.....they removed tire and showed me screw in tire and damage to side wall of tire and told me they wont warranty the tire .. That I must have hit a rock.....at that time I told the jerk behind counter that I didnt agree and that they would lose a customer.....he yelled at me and told me that he didnt need customers like me..... In front of the whole shop....so I took to a different shop... when they removed the tire from the rim they found the object in the tire did ruin the sidewall from inside and that it should be a road hazard Plz dont trust them to take care of customers....they dont value their customers.....my next call is the BAR..... .UPDATE....I called the manufacturer they informed me tire was covered even if I hit a rock.. .and quote....thats what road Hazard is for....they are handling it thru America tire..should have bought tires from Americas tire ...they honor there warranty and respect there customers
