Jose was really knowledgeable about vehicles, he was also super professional and friendly. He made me feel very confident in leaving my vehicle with their shop. My Tesla was damaged and I knew I could count on ACG to get the job done. Truly exceeded my expectations. They walk you through the whole process and keep you well informed. Excellent customer service from everyone on the team. Thank you again to Jose, Alicia, and Joseph for providing friendly smiles and bringing my car back to its original look.

I have been there a few times now and whether it be color, matching fenders or doing a complete frame swap on our brand new 25 Ford raptor, this is certainly the place I would recommend going. Joe and Jose both were amazing at keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Its nice knowing that if I have any auto body issues in the future I know exactly where to go.

My 2024 Tesla Model Y was unfortunately scratched and I was devastated. Came to this shop as I saw they were Tesla certified and had great reviews, and I’m so glad I did. Jose, Alicia, and Joseph were all extremely kind and professional. The whole process was smooth. They communicated with the insurance company and kept us updated accordingly. My car now looks good as new. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I ever need any repairs in the future I will definitely be coming here again!

5 /5 Juan Herrera: ACG Auto Collision Group continues to impress me, as this marks my third visit for repairs, and once again, their work has been exceptional. Angels customer service truly surpassed my expectations, making the experience even more positive. However, I encountered issues with the third-party insurance provider contracted by Tesla, which unnecessarily extended my vehicles stay by an additional two weeks due to staffing shortages. This situation forced me to seek alternative transportation, causing significant inconvenience. Despite these challenges, I am pleased to have my vehicle back and am grateful to ACG for their professionalism. I do believe the third-party appraisal service needs improvement to better support customers.
