4 /5 Shua Her: Don’t Let one night of bad experience hold you back from going again! Long story short, Back in August when my infant had a fever, I brought my baby into the ER. The nurses at the time were rude. They made me feel stupid for bringing my child in. Mind you I’m a first time mom too. One of the nurses that night came to see me and my child and told me they’re not going to run test on my baby because there’s a long line and I’ll be waiting 3 hrs just to run some test and that it’s probably nothing so they just did a covid test and sent me home. Fast foward to Dec 20, My baby had a fever again and I waited out but I can’t seem to bring down the temp. Down. I keep telling myself I’ll wait till Monday to call his pediatrician because I refused to go to the ER again because I was afraid of feeling stupid again by the nurses. Midnight came on Dec 23. My baby fever spiked up again and had rash all over his head and face. I rushed him to the ER and we got checked in and seen real fast! The nurses and staff that night was so sweet and amazing! We love Dr. Al!(I believe Alvarado?) I told him my concern and he listened! He ordered a test right away and turns out my baby had an infection! St Joseph if you’re reading this, Dr. Al deserves a praise! Back to my point, don’t let a bad experience ruined your next visit. I’m glad I took my baby in after all.

1 /5 Eddy Ayon: I would leave 0 stars. Went on 2/6 at 5PMish for a fever, I understand its busy and hectic, but the staff was so unprofessional. From mocking a patients last name in the waiting room, asking for the pharmacy I want to pick up my prescription from and then writing it down AND still sent it to the completely wrong pharmacy on the opposite side of town. Kept me in the back cold room for HOURS, no one checking up. When I finally got to see some one, I just asked if I could get my prescription and a doctors note so I can leave. Guy nurse goes out of the room and yells to other nurse "Eddy wants to talk to you!" Umm I didnt but I was like, whatever. I hear the nurse then say, "Ugh! Everyone wants to talk to me just cause Im a nurse" My blood boiled. Worst experience, horrible treatment, and definitely not going back if I got shot in this city. I dont know where these "nurses" got their education on how to work for the sick and care for the injured, but its a poor representation on their part.

5 /5 Heirloom Peace: Biggest praise to the PA in the ER today around 12pm. She was so kind, direct, attentive, and most importantly humane. She explained everything in a concise, understandable manner. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s an amazing human that deserves all positive praise. St. Joes is blessed to have her presence in that ER!

1 /5 Maria Medina: Absolutely terrible, entering they get your vitals have you sign paper work make you wait 20minutes and then get placed in the center for triage (youd hope to get your treatment and seen) there they placed me in a TINY ROOM (smaller then a bedroom) this is where a woman was laying on a bed and four cramped chairs facing the bed. 2 chairs were already taken and one of the patients had an iv drip on. (If you didn’t know better you would think we were family members for the woman due to how cramped and how close the chairs were to her bed) when I turned to the guy on my right I asked him if he’d been seen.(he was just sitting with no IV on his phone) He said he’d been waiting for 2 hours because they couldn’t find a Dr no one had seen him yet. I looked at the girl in the bed and asked the same thing she told me she had been there since 12:30am, it was 6:30 at this point I decided to leave. This place is terrible when walking towards that cramped room they sat me in you saw nurses standing sitting laughing with their Starbucks coffee. Everything is messy, no sanitizer stations anywhere absolutely a mess and waste of time. I didn’t wait around to waste my day and neither should you! Pick another ER.

1 /5 Mable King: At St Josephs ER and while here have been in a room with women that had COVID ( and they did not make her were mask) and a used IV for blood was left in the room ......Not to mention the staff was extremely rude

Kaiser, Doctors, Dameron and Saint Joseph’s are all a whole day process for the smallest procedure. County hospital has good doctors and good nurses and a comfortable stay.

silvia G: The reviews are not lying and the people working in the front are cruel and I don’t understand why they’re in healthcare but hate the sick. Their attitude is so unhinged. I don’t know why nothing has been done for this. Really nuts it’s almost like a requirement for working here is to be mean and treat people like garbage. They will lie to you do whatever it takes because ultimately you’re just a nuisance to them I would go as far to say it might even be dangerous to come here. I will never go there again if I can help it try the other locations

Elsie Roach: The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. I love my doctor, Dr. Punzalan, she is sweet, kind, caring and concerned as well as very qualified in her field. Her MA Saul is also very sweet, patient, and helpful. So far I love my experience with Dignity Health at all three Stockton locations. Now just two more specialists left the see. Hopefully my great experiences will continue. Hugs to the staff!!!!

Taylor: Ive never had issues with this insurance. Everything is usually great. My doctors have all left or passed away. The doctor I currently have at CMC West Ln is a joke. PHONE CALL APPOINTMENTS TO YOUR DOCTOR ARE A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!She was going over my bloodwork and said I have an auto immune disease with zero concern and when I asked her to explain more she said I need to make another appointment. Now I wait 3 weeks for her to explain to me what she could have already explained.

Erika Bulsara: The place is overpriced and overrated. The employees are rude and unhelpful starting with the receptionists. A doctor told me that he did not prescribed medicine that had to be authorized every month despite the medicine in question was working. He was rude and did not review the files so every time was like the first visit. Somehow they did not send me the co-pay bill and they sent me to collections although it was their fault. I got the bills from collections and called the clinic wanting to pay because I was tired of them at this point and wanted nothing more to do with them. The employee who answered told me that the clinic could not take the payment. After a lot of calls here and there they finally took it. The place is disorganized. It would not surprise me if people end up pushing up daisies because of them. One time I went to get something for the flu. A nurse supposedly saw me but did nothing other than order a cough syrup at the pharmacy. She did not ask me if I wanted a test to supposedly check for the type of virus but she did it. She charged me for it a lot of money. She should have told me what it was and that it was going to cost. She just wanted the money. I asked for a note for my job and she told me that she would give it to me after the three days that my job allows to take sick time without one. I needed a few more days off but she wanted me to make another appointment and charge me again. I left a lot of messages and she did not answer. Finally i called and she was around. She told me that she did not authorize me to take time off and was not going to give me a note. She said that if I needed the note it was necessary for me to make an appointment. It is all about money with them not the patient. Be careful

Inez Bayardo: I am SO happy with the service I received here. The wait was minimal, the medical professional who took my vitals was so helpful and friendly. The doctor was amazing!! He took his time to check me out, explained to me what was going on and answered all of my questions. He even told me to feel free to call if I had any questions. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

David J: Completely useless staff. Nurses do not pay attention to doctor orders. Leave patients for other patients. I had a horrible experience. I was bleeding, multiple injuries. Meanwhile I cant get a nurse to take me from place to place without speaking in Spanish just to chat. Sometimes you see 4-5 nurses behind desk and only 2 working. In the back they chit chat with eachother 80% of the time then actually helping people. To bad because they are in medical field they can do whatever and get no consequences.
