Their attitude is so unhinged. I don’t know why nothing has been done for this. Really nuts it’s almost like a requirement for working here is to be mean and treat people like garbage. They will lie to you do whatever it takes because ultimately you’re just a nuisance to them I would go as far to say it might even be dangerous to come here. I will never go there again if I can help it try the other locations
Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton - Stockton Elsie Roach: The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. I love my doctor, Dr. Punzalan, she is sweet, kind, caring and concerned as well as very qualified in her field. Her MA Saul is also very sweet, patient, and helpful. So far I love my experience with Dignity Health at all three Stockton locations. Now just two more specialists left the see. Hopefully my great experiences will continue. Hugs to the staff!!!!
Health Plan of San Joaquin - French Camp Taylor: Ive never had issues with this insurance. Everything is usually great. My doctors have all left or passed away. The doctor I currently have at CMC West Ln is a joke. PHONE CALL APPOINTMENTS TO YOUR DOCTOR ARE A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!She was going over my bloodwork and said I have an auto immune disease with zero concern and when I asked her to explain more she said I need to make another appointment. Now I wait 3 weeks for her to explain to me what she could have already explained.
Primary Care - Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton, CA - Stockton Erika Bulsara: The place is overpriced and overrated. The employees are rude and unhelpful starting with the receptionists. A doctor told me that he did not prescribed medicine that had to be authorized every month despite the medicine in question was working. He was rude and did not review the files so every time was like the first visit. Somehow they did not send me the co-pay bill and they sent me to collections although it was their fault. I got the bills from collections and called the clinic wanting to pay because I was tired of them at this point and wanted nothing more to do with them. The employee who answered told me that the clinic could not take the payment. After a lot of calls here and there they finally took it. The place is disorganized. It would not surprise me if people end up pushing up daisies because of them. One time I went to get something for the flu. A nurse supposedly saw me but did nothing other than order a cough syrup at the pharmacy. She did not ask me if I wanted a test to supposedly check for the type of virus but she did it. She charged me for it a lot of money. She should have told me what it was and that it was going to cost. She just wanted the money. I asked for a note for my job and she told me that she would give it to me after the three days that my job allows to take sick time without one. I needed a few more days off but she wanted me to make another appointment and charge me again. I left a lot of messages and she did not answer. Finally i called and she was around. She told me that she did not authorize me to take time off and was not going to give me a note. She said that if I needed the note it was necessary for me to make an appointment. It is all about money with them not the patient. Be careful
California Urgent Care Center Stockton-Pershing - Stockton Inez Bayardo: I am SO happy with the service I received here. The wait was minimal, the medical professional who took my vitals was so helpful and friendly. The doctor was amazing!! He took his time to check me out, explained to me what was going on and answered all of my questions. He even told me to feel free to call if I had any questions. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.
Saint Jospeh Hospital -Emr - Stockton David J: Completely useless staff. Nurses do not pay attention to doctor orders. Leave patients for other patients. I had a horrible experience. I was bleeding, multiple injuries. Meanwhile I cant get a nurse to take me from place to place without speaking in Spanish just to chat. Sometimes you see 4-5 nurses behind desk and only 2 working. In the back they chit chat with eachother 80% of the time then actually helping people. To bad because they are in medical field they can do whatever and get no consequences.
Stockton VA Clinic - French Camp Monique Jenkins: So blessed and grateful there us a clinic in Stockton. ..no longer fighting traffic to go to Sacramento. Dr Rivera is amazing! Thank you for serving us!
Surgery Center at Dignity Health - St. Josephs Medical Center - Stockton kurea pdl: I went into the surgery center for a laparoscopy yesterday. My RN, Dominic, was so sweet during my pre-op. I was extremely nervous and my anxiety wasn’t helping. He put in an IV and I had a full blown panic attack. He was quick to assist me and make me feel better. We talked about my job, his job, and other fun things to keep my mind off of it. Any question I had he answered without judgement. He even smiled at me and wished me good luck when I was being wheeled in to the OR. This man deserves a raise!
My anesthesiologist, Robyn, was also very sweet. I told her I was nervous and she gave me some Midazolam to calm me down while wheeling me into surgery, and informed me that she would take good care of me. When I was put under, she didn’t tell me to count down because I think that would’ve made me more nervous and I thank her professional judgement on that.
Anytime I have a surgery, I’ll request to go here. The professionalism I experienced was amazing and I’ll be recommending it to anyone thinking of having surgery in the future.

Sutter Tracy Community Hospital - Tracy Rs: My mom recently had a stroke and in our opinion she was taken care of well. Also she goes to wound care twice a month for something separate but the staff and nurses treat her with the most care. I personally have not had the best of luck with this facility but was years ago and the way they treat my mom I can forget about the past. I was apprehensive about my mom coming here but they took very good care of her and we continue to come here when in need.
