5 /5 Inez Bayardo: I am SO happy with the service I received here. The wait was minimal, the medical professional who took my vitals was so helpful and friendly. The doctor was amazing!! He took his time to check me out, explained to me what was going on and answered all of my questions. He even told me to feel free to call if I had any questions. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I’m not a person that gets sick and I fear the urgent care or any medical facilities, but her kindness and compassion helped calm my nerves.. The doctor was very straightforward and to the point. He maintained a great level of professionalism and also did calm my nerves because I was afraid I had a bacterial infections

1 /5 Sophann Touch: The worst services provided by the front desk staffs! Unacceptable behaviors on the job with open view of staff on their cells. I arrived 10am to get my sick son in. He was very sick with extremely high temperature and constant coughing, throwing up. So, I informed the girl at the desk that we were going to wait inside the car which she confirmed she would call me when my name is next to be called. Hours passed, it was about 2:30pm when I went back in to check. I was very upset how their staff showed no emotions as they were more focus on their cell than a sick child. They were on their cell phones from when I first arrived and when I went back in. They apologized for their mistake and how they skipped my son’s name. Tia stepped in after the issues occurred and helped resolve my situation.

1 /5 Alpha Queen: Its the worst place to seek medical care. The facility is extremely filthy, and the staff, including the doctors, are unprofessional, rude, and unpleasant. The elderly male doctor I encountered was unhygienic, wearing dirty clothes, and showed no competence in treating a baby with a 103-degree fever. He became irritated and annoyed when the baby cried due to the fever. His examination lasted barely two minutes before he returned to his desk to chat and relax. When I asked questions about the fever and appropriate medication for my baby, he was visibly annoyed and dismissive. It seems California Urgent Care prioritizes hiring low-quality, unprofessional staff and doctors to cut costs and maximize profits, compromising patient care in the process.
