1 /5 Alexis Tivet: I have been let down time after time by this facility. They tell me they have no appointments for months and schedule me only to cancel my appointment I have been waiting for at the last minute. I am referred for other appointments just for that new department to never schedule me and never answer my calls when I try to schedule myself then cancel my referral because it “timed out”. I am in immense amounts of pain and have received zero help from them. This is not ok! I have been calling non stop trying to be seen and it has been over a year. I am supposed to receive care and am disabled but receive nothing and am left to suffer and no one there cares. This is one of the most poorly run facilities I have ever experienced. It is almost like they WANT us to die and be one of the 22 a day so they don’t have to pretend to care about us any more.

Rs: My mom recently had a stroke and in our opinion she was taken care of well. Also she goes to wound care twice a month for something separate but the staff and nurses treat her with the most care. I personally have not had the best of luck with this facility but was years ago and the way they treat my mom I can forget about the past. I was apprehensive about my mom coming here but they took very good care of her and we continue to come here when in need.

Shay: I’ve been here twice. It’s been 4 months and I still reminisce on my time spent here. I’ve been to a psych ward in Sacramento and it is nothing compared to this one. The staff here for the most part generally cares for the patients. Thank you to all of the employees who helped me especially the chefs (cuz the food was great) and Bradley.

Koi Keeper: Yes, I would have to agree with Faye Ro’s review of this new Drs. and system at what they call delta cmt, it is all just a money grab. I guess my PPO insurance was not good enough for them after 30 plus years they dropped me. Prices are through the roof for the same thing Dr Birlew did. I am thinking many feel the same cause that parking lot looks pretty sad when I drive by. Dr Birlew my Respect to you, you were never under appreciated. I wish you well & all the best.
