    CierrahJ: Nice inside and clean no line when I went . Lady that helped me was very unprofessional in my opinion . I work front desk and have standards to customer service and hers lacked . I went up to the front and stated I needed to pickup my daughter’s birth certificate and while staying seated she told me to fill out a clipboard with forms. Mind you there were 10 clipboards all different colors and piled in a small corner not organized where it would be easy to know what one to fill out with little direction. She could have at least got up from her desk which was maybe 4 steps to come to the front and pull out the correct form for me to fill out. Instead I had to go through them and figure it out what one was correct. Wasn’t super big deal but professionalism for sure lacked and made them look bad in my opinion otherwise was fast process.

    Christy Lochridge: My outpatient surgery experience was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, compassionate, and professional. The surgery was on time, which I really appreciated! As a nurse myself, I chose not to mention it because I wanted an unbiased experience. However, a few colleagues recognized me, which helped me feel at ease. Overall, it was a perfect day given the circumstances.

    McCutcheon -PIMENTEL JULIA PEN “JULIE”: Alittle confusing trying to find an entrance that was opened on the weekend. Security check through emergency room was crazy just to visit someone. Felt like I was going through airport security check. Couldnt take my lighter in, got my ID scanned, got a visitor pass with my information and photo printed and stuck to my shirt. The only thing missing was the walk through Xray machine scanner and a pat down. Im still tripping out on how much information is collected and kept to profile us on systems. The hallways were confusing the way they curved around and the lack on Signage telling you where your going. I think I had to ask directions three times before I finally found the room. Staff were nice and helpful though. They were kind to my husband who was the patient.
