Bing Anderson: Dr. Gary Raymond is so kind and friendly. He made me feel at home right away. He gave me a detailed examination. I could see that he is very knowledgeable and experienced. Overall, definitely a five-star experience. The front desk person was also great, in helping me finding the right appointment time.
McCutcheon -PIMENTEL JULIA PEN “JULIE”: Alittle confusing trying to find an entrance that was opened on the weekend. Security check through emergency room was crazy just to visit someone. Felt like I was going through airport security check. Couldnt take my lighter in, got my ID scanned, got a visitor pass with my information and photo printed and stuck to my shirt. The only thing missing was the walk through Xray machine scanner and a pat down. Im still tripping out on how much information is collected and kept to profile us on systems. The hallways were confusing the way they curved around and the lack on Signage telling you where your going. I think I had to ask directions three times before I finally found the room. Staff were nice and helpful though. They were kind to my husband who was the patient.
Jackie King: I really appreciate a doctor that takes the time to get to know their patients. I believe that I just found my new favorite chiropractor! Not only did I get an adjustment, but I was referred to things to better my bone health and shown treatments that I can do at home to help with my pain.
Matt Lemmon: The Emergency Room staff are hostile, abusive, and obnoxious. Josh the Triage Nurse is a ruthless bully who carries on his face a gruesome scowl to match his rotten attitude. This is the most hypocritical experience I’ve had in my life. Dignity? Respect? Kindness? Humanity?
What shameless hypocrisy and False Advertising. One rotten apple spoils the whole barrel. I will leave this review in place until I receive a formal apology from the Board of Directors. The entire Dignity Health Organization should be ashamed of itself for allowing this gross abuse and hypocrisy to continue.
iiiloki: Today my wife called to make an appointment at the Edna Valley SLO office and was told she was dropped as a patient. We have both been patients there for many years (albeit with a rotating staff and locations). Was not given a reason, and when she pressed, the office staff member hung up on her. Very unprofessional, and when in need of medical care, negligent. I’m not sure if and what type of accountability for their actions might be pursued, but I will be leaving their practice. I would no longer recommend Dignity for health care.
