Devona Isais: I really wasnāt sure if I wanted to share my experience from Wednesday and this was my first time getting my nails done at this place. However I thought about it for a few days and decided it was best to share my experience. I walked in on Wednesday 11/27/24 at 11:30am I was greeted by a very nice lady who I showed the picture of how I wanted my nails and she then had me sit down in table #7. I seen that they had to call the young man from outside to come back in and do my nails. Iām assuming he was on the phone with his friend/partner because about two minutes later as he was about to do my nails he had a FaceTime call and he the turned the phone towards me so the person on the other end could see me? That man wanted to see what he was doing and who he was with? There was no other explanation in my observation. The young man didnāt even ask me if that was okay, that made me feel very uncomfortable. But I couldnāt tell him that because he did not speak any English. Then about 3-5 minutes later the same man FaceTimed the young man who was doing my nails back! To check again who he was with.
By then I knew what was really going on. So from there he seemed very nervous and distracted and he cut my left ring finger three times. He was really trying his best and trying to do a good job and for the most part my nails look nice. But the experience was the most uncomfortable and a little painful from the cuts. Also one of my nails is already chipping. Lastly this took two hours! I wasnāt out of there until 1:30pm!
I must add I would love to give this place a second try but not with the same person.
Dishin With Dom: Nails came out looking bumpy with polish all over my fingers. I was bleeding from several fingers. The worker did not listen to what I requested. They are rough and dismissive as well as sloppy. When I first started coming here years ago I loved it but something has changed for the worse. Very sad and disappointing. They need to get it together before they lose more business because they have definitely lost mine after these last few visits...
Connie Cox: I arrived at my appointment a bit late so I had to wait until they could fit me in which wasnāt long at all. They could have been like sorry you missed your appointment youāll have to reschedule, but that not the way they do things. They brought me a bottle of water and nail color Choice books and the weight wasnāt long at all. They are so friendly and kind and so professional the work they do is so much better than anywhere Iāve ever been before. I will never go anywhere else they have a customer for life. Thank you so much diamond nails.
Amy Jacomella: My first time going was during their grand opening, it was absolutely amazing, they were SUPER BUSY ..Though it was so busy they still did the 5 star treatment, lots of coupons for the following time I come. So gave coupons to my daughter for her and her fren to go, she enjoyed as well. Iāve been back several times, SUPER happy with the staff, drinks, cleanliness, over all hospitality. I recommend definitely trying this place out, you donāt know what your missing ..

I have a twisted index finger and in the past others have had issues with nails matching, shape and overall sizing my nails correctly.
I love the color, the shape and that the look like my own nails.

Maria Reveles: The space is very trendy and their service is good however, the quality isnāt where it should be. I went in on Monday for an acrylics fill and had one of my nails break that same evening just while I was handling dishes out of the dishwasher. I returned to the store on Tuesday and they were very kind and fixed it free of charge. It is now Wednesday and the gel has begun to peel. I know if I returned they will fix it for free, but my schedule just wonāt allow it this week. I went to this place because I happened to be in the shopping center on Monday, but since I donāt work or live anywhere near there, it just doesnāt make sense for me to go back a third time. Iāll stick to my regular salon.
