1 /5 gata garcia: This is the worst place ever you want to be. If an emergency the new doctor is really good. Dont get me wrong but after I had to stay the night to have emergency surgery on my appendix... And after the recovery on the late night one of the nurses were so bad I had to go to the bathroom. She wouldnt come and this was like the third day I was there so I finally had it and and I took off. I had to top it off off. There are homeless. Theyre screaming late at night. A racist lady screaming profanity. It was so bad and especially that I have migraines forget about it

1 /5 Jestine O: DISGUSTING is a kind way to put it. A family member I had was in the ICU at this horrible hospital , the nurses were beyond rude and did not sanitize or probably clean my family member as they were in there final hours. Its hard enough loosing a loved in ICU but the mistreatment from the staff was insane.The hospital security was so rude as well and made it very uncomfortable to be there. Idk how this hospital is not shut down yet.

1 /5 Latasha Williams: Terrible terrible service. Went thru Emergency sat 6 hours for them to say nothing not help send me home with Motrin. My foot got ran over at work by a working truck and u want me to take Motrin. Tried to ask the Sr a question he’s too busy and over worked. 1 Dr for the ER is ridiculous. Need new staff plus more staff after that. Very very bad experience. Never Everrrrrrre again. No one around to help or anything. Close this facility down ASAP!!!! FYI I only clicked one star because I had to in order to post 0 stars

1 /5 MsLady 71: I worked thru a registry as a CNA at this hospital the staff was horrible the nurses seem to be two-faced theyll tell you things in your face that you need to work on which is pretty good but turned back around and gossip and get you in trouble. And the administration when I signed out to count my time oh my God theyre rude and nasty If I can give this place as zero Stars I would

5 /5 Ernesto Valenzuela: My Dad Javier V. was recently being taken care of at this hospital. He was discharged due to insurance and is now at a different hospital. This was not east Los Angeles hospital fault, this is Regal insurance being a total disaster. Wanted to give a special thanks to Jessica, Tanner, Miranda for truly doing an amazing job. My dad is blind and has kidney problems, during his visit they treated him with kindness and respect. I will never forgot how nice they were and wish every hospital had nurses like them. My dad is still not feeling well but people like them make it a bit easier for anyone sick, they truly make a difference. Please recognize them for their efforts. Thank you guys!

They demonstrated flexibility in scheduling chemotherapy and radiation for my mom. During her mastectomy, our surgeon collaborated with a plastic surgeon to achieve the best possible result. This collaborative approach proved critical, as my aunt recently underwent mastectomy in a poorly rated Los Angeles hospital. Comparatively, my moms surgery result was phenomenal, with significantly fewer scarring and cosmetic issues. Kudos to City of Hope South Pasadena.

Things being lost, ignored requests or referrals/ completely forgotten. Earliest appointments scheduled 3 months out. What is the point of having a primary care phsyician? We all go to urgent care. Been waiting 6 months to get a referral to a dermatologist.
