JRav 59: Wow, is the office staff rude. Hang ups, transfers to nowhere and not being treated with the slightest bit of compassion. Things being lost, ignored requests or referrals/ completely forgotten. Earliest appointments scheduled 3 months out. What is the point of having a primary care phsyician? We all go to urgent care. Been waiting 6 months to get a referral to a dermatologist.
Alex Tseng: We really appreciate doctor Mena and his office team here. My father in law had liver transplant surgery long time ago out of States and really needed a specialist. And we had Dr. Mena took over his care! (How lucky we are!) He is just wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and spent time with us.
Regarding to "calling office" struggling part... Well, we did struggle a bit but we totally understand that this is a busy office. If we really need something extremely emergency, we go physically. But from our experiences, you just keep calling and try to switch different extension, and all the staff would just willing to help when they talk to you!
Vilma Monzon: My uncle was feeling very sick, had a bad cough, chest pain, night sweats and he didn’t seem to improve so I took him to the Emergency room and he was seen by very kind staff, he got all kind of tests to disregard TB and overall he was well taken cared of! He was very satisfied with the services he received! Great doctors, nurses, and staff!
Alan Snitzer: My experience was outstanding. I was seen very promptly, treated well by the medical asst, Erica, and by the physicians asst, Gina, and by the support staff in both the front and back offices.
Gina assessed my medical issue accurately, listened to my concerns, prescribed appropriate medications, and within a few hours or less, they were submitted to and filled by my pharmacy!
Ive been a patient of Dr. Butlers and this group for over 20 years, but theyve recently "upped their game," and I couldnt be more impressed by their efficiency, professionalism, and compassion!
