5 /5 Alex Tseng: We really appreciate doctor Mena and his office team here. My father in law had liver transplant surgery long time ago out of States and really needed a specialist. And we had Dr. Mena took over his care! (How lucky we are!) He is just wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and spent time with us. Regarding to "calling office" struggling part... Well, we did struggle a bit but we totally understand that this is a busy office. If we really need something extremely emergency, we go physically. But from our experiences, you just keep calling and try to switch different extension, and all the staff would just willing to help when they talk to you!
