5 /5 Todd R.: Dr. Zadeh and his staff are very attentive and thorough. I have no complaints about the level of care I have received. My only complaint is the long waiting times to see Dr. Zadeh but this comes with his popularity. On average, I would say I wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time to be taken into a room and possibly up to another 20 minutes to actually be seen by Dr. Zadeh. Again, he is in high demand because he is a great doctor. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable and takes his time with all his patients. I have never felt rushed. If you choose to see one of the great physician’s assistants, the wait is considerably less. I highly recommend Dr. Zadeh and his staff.

1 /5 Joseph Espinosa: The absolute worst customer service!! The girls who work the desk and make calls are unprofessional, inexperienced and no common courtesy. I’m surprised that they’re employed. Patients are treated as if they’re on a assembly line. Most important to them is get the patient in and seeming not concern after that. 92 year old mother has waited 3 hours before seen and sometimes cancelled after waiting 3 hours because “they don’t have what she needs”. Also, appointment cancelled after waiting a week and a half and instructed to just come in as it’s first come first served??? No consistency except for terrible service. I can go on and on but will leave it at that.

1 /5 Baja Dirk: On my first visit to Dr Zadeh, I was pleasantly surprised at his thoroughness in performing a full physical and setting up lab appointments and cardiac tests at the local hospital. However, on a subsequent visit, I waited 3 hours in a room and he never showed up! I finally visited the front desk to complain and they asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment! I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow with Dr Abraham. Just received a text reminder. I called to verify and they said Dr Abraham won’t be in tomorrow, so I could schedule a phone consultation later in the afternoon. This facility is a Medicare nightmare! Churning out visits for billing purposes only. The front staff are rude and actually hung up on me today when I advised that a phone consultation was a waste of time. Patient beware. Find another facility!

2 /5 Taylor Burt: The doctors are good, and spend adequate time with each patient. However, they are not supported by a competent office staff. I have had prescriptions take more than a week to be filled for family members because of the staffs ineffective management of patient records,and failure to follow up with insurance on authorizations and important paperwork. Days have gone by with no follow up from their prescription management team. I have also spoken with pharmacists around town that say the same thing. "They will not answer their phones." "Weve faxed the forms to them 6 times with no response." The office is more geared towards selling than I think a medical establishment should be. If as much effort were put into patient care and follow up as was shilling their weight-loss gimmick products, they would be a much better office. Not happy.
