Adriana Samuel: I went in for a birth control implant removal and insertion of a new one. I told 2 different people i am very allergic to bandages. The latex adhesive rips my skin off. My doctor disregarded this and put Steri strips on my skin. This caused my skin to burn and itch. i slowly removed the strips and i had a blister on my skin as well as my skin being ripped off. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very easy, friendly, fast appointment, helpful staff that seemed genuinely happy to see us, and our 14 year old pup is happier than she has been in years only a few days after starting treatment! They were helpful and informative. Very appreciative these folks are here, and that we chose to try them first! The pricing was nothing bad as we had feared, and in fact seemed a bargain for the area.

I felt like a dollar sign not a human. I was refused service unless I paid an undisclosed amount above my quoted patient responsibility. No transparency about the charges.
No one listened to me.
