I couldnt have asked for a better doctor and he has always taken care of me and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. He is very supportive and well mannered as well. He also has the most phenomenal supporting staff Ive ever encountered. They are absolutely amazing women and Im incredibly grateful for this entire office.

5 /5 Allison Schott: Dr. Keith is nothing short of amazing. He is so calm, tentative, professional, and truly cares about his patients. I recently had to be hospitalized in the second trimester of my pregnancy. He was so communicative on the phone prior and then visited me every morning and made sure me and baby were ok. He always communicated options, facts, and allowed me to make an informed decision. I know he has so many patients but when I was in the hospital he made me feel so important and truly cared for me well-being. All the nurses that took care of me agreed with me, "Dr. Keith is the best." His office team also are so friendly and caring. You can tell everyone loves what they do and it shows what a great team Dr. Keith has. I could go on and on, but Im just feeling very lucky that hes my OB and would recommend him 100%.

We were here for about an hour and 40 minutes before anyone even came in the room to check on us one of the nurses across the way decided to ask me if I needed anything while I was looking out of the window, trying to be funny in front of her other coworkers they then sent in, another woman who proceeded to speak to my daughter, not address me at all as the parent she looked at my face and walked out of the room . Young rude indecent maybe being black is still an issue in certain places.

Linda Puleo: I had three (unfortunate) visits to the Emergency Department in the last 14 months. All three times were five star. All the way. (One was stitches in a finger from a new kitchen knife, one was sepsis and acute appendicitis which led to a two week hospitalization and major surgery called a right hemicholectomy, one was two weeks following discharge when I was treated for complication from the surgery. All incredible staff and medical attention. I’d give a five star review but during the 2 week stay I had one terrible nurse. The only time she was in my room on the surgery floor was to change my IV. I had two friends visiting me at the time, and they were floored by the way she treated me. I talked to a very nice nursing manager about what happened. The nurse never came near me again, and everyone else was wonderful. The reason I’m deleting a star is because no one acknowledged this was completely inappropriate of her, no one apologized for her behavior. I felt unheard and like I was being difficult, when in fact the IV needle was not inserted properly and was causing great pain in my arm. I screamed when they tried to put fluid into it (to test it for a CT scan with contrast). Obviously they fixed it immediately in radiology - they were great - but when I’d told the nurse it hurt and I didn’t think it was in my vein she stood up, “Said maybe you’re just a hypochondriac!” and walked out the door. I would have felt so much better if the manager (or if she had) apologized to me. But other than that! I loved everyone who took care of me. Very grateful to Dr. Matthew Shephard for being willing to operate on me when I was just a wildcard after having an “appendectomy” in Sicily where they actually didn’t remove my appendix at all. I am so lucky to be alive, and very grateful to everyone at The Queen…and don’t get me started on the food!! It was fantastic. 100x better than the food in an Italian hospital, who would have thought??!

david thoreson: After reading the reviews posted about Daniel Andrews on this site I was taken aback as I have NEVER experienced ANY of the situations described by the negative reviewers.... I have heard him giving SOUND medical advice, and Ive seen him friendly to his patients and staff.... Hes been great with me and treated my mother as well. Hes accurate in his diagnosis and my health has improved greatly since Ive gone to him. Frankly, I quite like the guy and think hes a solid sort with strong values and discernment. Cant imagine him as described by reviews I just read here....

Liliana Sandoval: If I could give negative stars I would! And I love the team at this location! However this experience has been so mind blowing to me I’m actually disgusted! There’s a proper way to talk about weight gain/ weight loss and that was not the case here!! I was blatantly fat shamed and compared to others “tinier” than me the whole 30 mins of the appointment! I left in tears, it was extremely unprofessional and just plain rude! This appointment was just to confirm the results of my test.
