Not only did he relieve pain and rigidity in a rotator cuff injury, he also released a lot of pent up tension and fear related to a big life transition. I highly recommend him. After 10 months of seeing Dr. Daniel Allen numerous times, I can truly say he is an amazing healer and human being. During the first several months I continued to experience positive changes in mind, body and spirit with his cranial sacral work. He assisted me with everything from an ankle sprain, shoulder tension to stress and fear about life issues. I was not able to see him for the past couple of months and went to see him yesterday. I walked out feeling like a completely different person. It was like a 1000 lb weight had been lifted and I felt buoyant and positive again. The light was shining through. As well he worked on a leg issue which is now feeling much better. His genuine caring spirit and wide range of healing knowledge and skill make him a truly gifted healer. I cannot recommend him enough. I feel very blessed to have found him.

Serena Mitchell: Horrible! Laughed at my son when he brought in a sample that a REAL doctor that is covering his case from SoCal told him to bring to urgent care. My son is finally getting the care he needs but no thanks to them. They also had no idea what SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) is. They told my son thats not a real thing and you shouldnt listen to the doctor that is treating you. The staff at Western Sierra need to go back to medical school or at least be open to learning! No compassion or empathy either! I cant think of worse care.

Chris: EDIT 1/4/24: This company does not answer their phones, at all. I had an appointment last week but they called me, 20 minutes before our time, and cancelled. I have called multiple times and they do not answer. I even called the number for doctors and hospitals, that went to a google voicemail. Evelyn is great but the only way to make an appointment is to go in person, and theyre closed from 12-2pm. Argh! You dont want to be here, trust me. Evelyn is their only redeeming quality and who knows how much longer shell be there. Problems with records, prescriptions, even their phones are dead half the time. Lot of turnover, waiting room looks worse than the dmv. I could go on, but you get the idea.

william Ronald: Unfortunately on Tuesday December 17, I chose Anaheim Hospital on La Palma in Anaheim. My treatment was fine until I was discharged. That was when their customer service stopped and chaos ensued. After I was left for 3-4 hours in their loud and very disrupted Emergency Room , they woke me up with my same chest pains from Cardiac issues I had this year. And they told me at 5:30AM I must leave and they told me they wouldnt be able to get me a bus pass to make it home to continue my recover from Cardiac surgery in the year. You see my car had recently been stolen and bus travel was the only remedy! In fact the nurse even said to me in a mocking tone to me after she informed me that they had had no bus passes , "What will you do to get home?" In the Waiting Room , a Security Guard and a extremely disabled lady were involved in a very loud argument. I was has happy to finally get out of that place! William Staats MBA

Siloam Won: My dad stayed at this facility for 4 days to treat fractured femoral neck. Every staff member was doing their best to provide necessary treatment, fulfill his needs, and transfer him to a nursing facility after the discharge. Also, they have been very helpful, answered all questions, and followed up on requests whenever I reached out. My dad mentioned that he did not want to leave because he was so satisfied with the service every step of the way. Thank you West Anaheim Medical Center and all staffs who took care of my dad. Our family could not have asked for more and grateful for your exceptional care.

Beren Kiraz: Horrendous staff and policies. Hopefully, you will not have to get treatment at this facility. Not worth a single penny. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at UCI Single Billing Office, Matthew, called me broke because I did not want to pay a bill of $1348.40 for popping a shoulder back in. My insurance already paid $4000+. They want to make a buck off of you. You are nothing but a number to them. They will disrespect you if you do not want to pay. Make them beg for that money. They dont deserve your good side. Respectfully.

The nurses are very sweet they kept me company all the time before surgery and after they never left my side. If I needed anything they were always there. The surgery team was amazing they kept telling me jokes and helped me stay relaxed and calm. I’m so great full my first surgery was an amazing experience
