1 /5 Andrei Kohler: I own an RCFE and Dr. Tillem and her team has managed to let us down several times. Just yesterday, her and her team refused to read a Urinalysis report for us, to let us know if our Resident has a UTI or not. A UC report takes an additional 5 days, and in the meantime, the doctor & her team refused to help in anyway. They are a joke.

Also, the dreaded endoscopy prep has been upgraded to a very simple and tolerable procedure. With the simpler prep and the seamless endoscopy procedure at the Pasadena Endoscopy Center, endoscopy procedure is now like visiting your primary doctor.

Kevin Decomines: I recently had a total hip replacement at St. Johns Hospital. It was a fantastic experience. All the staff were great, from doctors, nurses and my PT, to all the assistants who helped in my procedure and recovery. And my dinner was surprisingly good. Chicken Tinga, black beans and Spanish rice. I would highly recommend St. Johns Hospital if you need any orthopedic surgery.

Didn’t see a doctor for 1.5 hours but I guess there were others more serious than me. Then when I saw a doctor, support was fantastic - really thorough set of tests and very little waiting time between them, all clearly explained to me, and all the staff were lovely. There was a choice to keep me in or send me home, doctor explained the options and we both agreed that I was better at home. I felt really confident with the choices that were made. Thanks to everyone in the team!

The nurses were incredibly compassionate, and the doctor was thorough and highly skilled. Despite being an ER, the waiting time was under three hours—a stark contrast to UCLA Westwood. This facility feels like a five-star medical center, offering top-tier care with unmatched efficiency. Highly recommend!
