1 /5 Heidi_Lundgren: I had a horrible experience with this surgicenter. They made so many mistakes while I sat in prep that I almost left before my surgery began. The only reason I didnt was because they had given me something that made me woozy and I couldnt leave. Sixty days have passed since my surgery and I have been told that I have to wait another 45 days for a refund because they overcharged me. Luckily, I didnt prepaid them the $4,000 they asked for, but still paid them $500 more than I should have. Nope. I will never go back. Cannot recommend.

1 /5 John Khosravi: This place is a joke. They go by a schedule that accommodates themselves. They called my mom in earlier than her appointment time. But she still left three hours later than expected. No professionalism. Cmon people. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Be honest. Be straight up.

There was an older gentleman in the lobby who was waiting for his wife, and he clearly had some memory issues. Olivia asked him about his life, Listened to his stories, really engaged with him, and kept him occupied while his wife was receiving care. Chuck Rogers: The doctors and their assistants are good, but the other staff are not a pleasure to interact with. Thats on top of the fact that this organization will not accept Workers Compensation cases. I have a MRSA infection from working at a hospital (Its contract security; were neither paid well or receive good benefits). Ive had to struggle to find care ever since I discharged from Los Robles Hospital. My joints hurt weeks after getting surgery, and I cant make an appointment to see any of the doctors that I saw there. Every time I call, I get the same response: "We dont accept Medi-Cal patients, cash patients, or Workers Comp. patients." It feels as though everyone is just going to keep letting me end up in the E.R. until I either die or spontaneously recover. What a sick joke.
