I want to reschedule my appointment but the front desk told me she can’t reschedule my appointment I have to call. A WHOLE MONTH IN ADVANCE AND THEY DID NOT TOLD ME OR SEND NOTICES.

1 /5 Emily Horlacher: Please choose another practice. Theyre horrible. My husband showed up for his appt on time and was told that it was an hour wait. AN HOUR who has that kind of time in the middle of a work day? They didnt even bother to give him a courtesy call. Also, not one person apologized for the inconvenience. They would have no problem charging him for a no show, but when theyre behind there is no repercussion.

1 /5 dharminder ojla: I had the same experience that some other folks had. I came to my appointment on time and was sat in a room for an hour in a half. I got there at 2:00 and didnt see the doctor until 3:30. I genuinely believed that they had forgot I was waiting in the room. When I did see the doctor he didnt even help with the issue I had. The whole experience was bad, and Im never going back. Do yourself a favor and find a different primary care doctor.

I thought I was coming in for an annual well visit (covered by insurance not subject to deductible), but this office charged it as a level 4 office visit and after insurance discount I was charged $661. I would recommend you ask them what code they will use for your visit and checking with your insurance company before making an appointment. I will be needing a prescription renewal (for a thyroid medicine Ive been on over 10 years), and billing let me know that would be coded as an office visit and would cost at least $500. I am not returning to this office and am disgusted with their practices. They know full well that people coming in for a scheduled physical are expecting their insurance to pay--they should at least warn people. Dr. Tanvi Desai was okay, not great. Very disappointed overall. I do have to say that the building is nice and clean.
