1 /5 sunny kem: WORST CLINIC IN FRESNO. ALL THE RECEPTIONISTS ALWAYS.. and I mean ALWAYS PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME. MOST OF THE TIME THEY NEVER COME BACK TO PICK UP THE PHONE. IT TOOK SO LONG I HAD TO DRIVE THERE JUST FOR SIMPLE GENERAL QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED. WHEN I GOT THERE, THERE ARE 3 MEXICAN GIRLS WORKING AS THE RECEPTIONIST. ALL OF THEM LITERALLY SITTING THERE TALKING AMONGST EACH OTHER LAUGHING AND CHIT CHATTING. ONE EVEN WAS JUST BROWSING ON HER PHONE!!! FIRE THEM OR CLOSE DOWN THIS HORRIBLE CLINIC.

1 /5 Katelynn Sotello: 5 months pregnant and tried scheduling an appointment to see my primary dr because I’ve been sick for over a week. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was transferred and was yelled at by the lady on the other end of the phone. I wish I was making that up. She never even bothered to get my name, DOB, or reason for my call. If you want quality care, switch clinics. I have never dealt with somebody so rude and unprofessional in a medical setting. If you can’t handle communicating with patients, switch your line of work. That lady, and the clinic as a whole, should be ashamed.
