5 /5 Joanne Andrade: Dr. Jones is excellent, and I come from a medical family so I’m picky. She is kind, thorough and makes her patients feel seen, not just another appt checked off. Unfortunately I found out she is no longer at Chest & Critical Care Clinic as of March 2025. I need to find her!

5 /5 Tamsen Delores: Dr. Jones is one of the best doctors i have ever seen in my entire life. I am forty years old, and she has been caring aswell as most Helpful doctor that I have ever seen. I am so thankful that she has been my doctor for the past four years and shes. always been the best. Shes not only a good doctor shes a good person.

5 /5 Jeannette Sanfelippo: I saw Dr. Jones today for the first time as a new patient and Im very happy with how my appointment went. The front desk staff and nurse that took my vitals were polite and professional. Dr. Jones herself was awesome. She was very kind and warm, she listened attentively to all of my (minor) concerns and took them seriously. She reviewed my medications and past blood work, and asked me follow-up questions to make the appropriate recommendations. The appointment lasted maybe 45 minutes (she was incredibly patient) and I left with a referral for a sleep study, an order for blood work, some prescriptions, and a few recommendations that I will do my best to follow. As an RN myself, I have trust and confidence in Dr. Jones and would recommend her to anyone in the area.

5 /5 Portia Stevens: Dr. Jones has a very warm and caring demeanor and seems to truly care about her patients. She spoke to me as if we were two people having a conversation instead of as an authorative figure. She was very informative and thorough in explaining things to me and asked if I had questions. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Jones is by far the best PCP I have ever had. The front desk and staff are also super friendly.

5 /5 Rhonda Szczechowicz: Seen Dr Jones today was nervous but once I walk in the office the front staff made me feel comfortable as I went to the back and the nurse that took my vitals was very calm and polite, Dr Jones made me feel like I have known her for years she. Dr Jones made me feel very comfortable and my nerves were relaxed I left her office feeling great and happy to find a new doctor who took the time to care about me.
