From the very beginning, they were upfront about the issue and took the time to explain exactly what went wrong and what the repair would involve, including a clear estimate of the costs. I really appreciated that they didn’t move forward with any work until I fully understood and approved everything. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and care. I’ll definitely be trusting them with my other car if it ever needs A/C service!

We had purchased a vehicle with an after market ignition. The car would not turn off. Chewy took the time to listen to what i needed and then proceeded to explain the issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand. I had driven down from Northern California to help my son with the the car. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the final bill matched the estimate. I especially appreciated their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile by offering to pick me up so I could take the car to my son. 4 /5 Sherry Garcia: This was my first time here and upon arrival I felt extremely comfortable. Sylvia is simply a delight, very friendly and she felt familiar, like family. I had made an appointment for 8:30am and as I was explaning the problem with my vehicle, Chewy wasted no time and immediately start examing my car, I went home waiting for the call so they could give me details of the diagnostic test and within 1½ they called. Sylvia explain in detail the problem and that they would do all they can to get the parts that were needed. They offered 30 days and the diagnostic special waved if I decided to get the work done. Unfortunately I couldnt not afford the repairs at this time because it was a major problem, however; if I could I would not hesitate to have them to do the repairs. They made me feel so very comfortable and I highly recommend them for any of your vehicle repairs.

5 /5 Chris Davidson: If you are looking for a honest and a reputable business this is by far the best youll ever find hands down , they work with you even opened up on there day off for me to receive my vehicle For your programming and automotive needs youd be foolish to go any where else. Both Chewy and Sylvia are awesome people
