Whether the occasion is routine or especially concerning, the obvious dedication the entire office exudes makes me grateful. Our family truly appreciates you all. 5 /5 Samantha Matthews: I have nothing but good to say about this office and staff. Everyone is nice to my family. We haven’t waited very long for an appointment as well as when they squeeze my kids on same day appointments. I recommend this office. We see Dr. Battle and she is amazing.

1 /5 Lisa Camarda: The office staff is not very professional. My daughters doctor moved to this practice so we followed him. The doctor is great but you cant get appointments and even if your child is sick they offer you an appointment 2 to 3 months out. When my child needed a flu shot, again I was supposed to wait until March even though I called in October because that was their next "vaccine clinic ". We are going back to the original office and sorry to lose a doctor. But I cant deal with the office staff.

3 /5 Mari Netzahualt: Our Doctor is wonderful (Dr.Macias) and we have been seen by Dr. Rowland too and hes just amazing. However, we have been seen on a same day appointment basis by other 2 who were not such a joy. They showed no real concern to my sons health complaints and dismissed them quickly without checking. We felt the visit was in a hurry and very superficial. However Im always thankful that they do make a good effort in providing same day appointments, hence my 3 stars. In general, the nurses or receptionists greet you with a serious face barely saying hi. In the years weve been going there I cant remember anyone ever smiling to us. They just seem as if theyre not enjoying their jobs and this might not be as crucial to caring for my sons health but it does feel uncomfortable sometimes. One time we had a same day appointment for my sons extreme case of croup. Doctor recommended medication to be administered at the office.They started the medication thru a mask on him and forgot about us for almost 1 hour (medicine was supposed to take a few minutes but not an hour). It wasnt until I came out to ask if i could take off the mask that had run out of medicine that they realized we were still there. That day we spent a long time(30 mins) waiting for our turn to see doctor even though we had an appointed time. Then we waited so long to be dismissed because they forgot us in the room. It was frustrating. Of course when we left, the office had been closed for a while. If you find a great doctor at this practice and wouldnt mind dealing with unfriendly and sometimes unprofessional staff then go for it. Weve stuck with them for the sole reason that our doctor is very kind and has a unique warmth when interacting with our son since he was born. And as I mentioned before there is at least another pediatrician there who is as wonderful too.

5 /5 Joe Murray: Normal Dr. Is Dr. Bryden and she is awesome. But we had to schedule a day of visit for a concern and we went to see Dr. Macias. The level of care and professionalism was amazing. The examination was so well thought out for a child, and great rapport built with our child during the exam. Then we had issue with radiology, and the CCP team reached out the guide us how to get images faster in this area (thank you all). We are new to the area and have had concerns on when and where to go for a injury. Dr. Macias made sure our child was taken care of during this entire situation. Overall, very happy to have this provider available for our child. Especially during a non normal, but not quite e-room visit situation.
