Ramon is a very skilled barber and is very flexible when it comes to scheduling.
gojou: best hair salon around! i had a great time and ms.eva was very nice and professional, you should definitely ask for eva if you’re gonna get a cut :) she highlighted my hair and cut it very nicely. i recommend this salon very much! thanks eva, i’ll definitely be coming back.
Gwyn: The customer service is horrible.
Service is by appointment only but the owner, Susie, over books and doesn’t let you schedule an appointment with the stylist of your choice. You can only reach the salon through her cell phone. She frequently leaves her stylist to take care of all the appointments she schedules. It once took her 3 hours to color & cut my hair because she kept taking “other appointments” in between taking care of me. While I sat with wet hair dripping down my neck. The price changed each time for the same service, depending on the stylist I was stuck with. Each person charged me a different rate. I will never go back.
