1 /5 Gwyn: The customer service is horrible. Service is by appointment only but the owner, Susie, over books and doesn’t let you schedule an appointment with the stylist of your choice. You can only reach the salon through her cell phone. She frequently leaves her stylist to take care of all the appointments she schedules. It once took her 3 hours to color & cut my hair because she kept taking “other appointments” in between taking care of me. While I sat with wet hair dripping down my neck. The price changed each time for the same service, depending on the stylist I was stuck with. Each person charged me a different rate. I will never go back.

5 /5 Joseph Park: Magic Hair has been great for our family! I have been going there with my two sons and even though we all have different styles, they do a great job with all of our cuts. We really appreciate the reasonable prices and their flexibility in accommodating our schedules. Also, they actually answer their phone, which makes it easy to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t sure where to go or what to expect, and I was looking for a decent, trustworthy hair salon. Then I found this place—and I’m so glad I did! She gave me a style I absolutely love, and the price was super reasonable. Definitely the best bang for my buck. I’ll absolutely be coming back. Also, I’m so sorry I forgot to leave a tip last time I was there. I’m still not used to the tipping culture here, but I truly appreciate your service and I’ll make it up to you next time!

5 /5 Ethan Hanseul: Ive been a regular customer for about 2 years now, and the owner Susie has been really nice and professional. You know, some unskillful hair stylists take too much time for simple mens hair, and it is painful to seat for around an hour. But Susie only needs 15 mins to get her job done perfectly. I dont even tell her what style I want. I make an appointment, I come there, I seat on the chair, just wait 15 mins, then wow! And she only charges $15 for mens hair cut if you dont need shampoo. You wont get this great service for that affordable price anywhere else!

5 /5 John Mansei Park: Since its grand opening, this spot has become my new go-to. I usually get my hair cut from Suzy (The owner of the hair salon). Shes always so nice and attentive. I also appreciate the very reasonable pricing compared to other hair salons Ive visited in the past during this tough time. ($15 for men!) I recommend making an appointment ahead before your visit. From time to time, though they are really busy, the owner tries to book you a spot. I get compliments for my hair after my new haircut all the time! Ive noticed the business has been growing ever since the grand opening and you know what that means!
