3 /5 Zack Klapman: Came here because of TikTok and was a little disappointed. The scalp analysis was little more than 10 seconds of a microscope camera to show you that your scalp has oil and buildup (as anyones scalp will). I was hoping for an explanation on my dandruff but their answer was to use cooler water and shampoo twice (Ive tried both in the past. That aint the issue). What followed was mostly a very nice 70 minute face massage and facial treatment followed by 20 minutes of intense hair washing. My scalp afterward was obviously much cleaner but thats to be expected. I think I read a bit too much into the TikTok videos but this is basically a really nice head scrub and a facial. If you want to really analyze your hair youre probably better of somewhere else.

5 /5 Rachel Roschel: Sooo Ive been wanting to try one of these places, and my best friend treated me for my bday. 1st time, and it was clean, and staff was accommodating. Very sweet. They instantly show you the camera of your scalp before and then and after to compare the difference of treatment. Its kinda like the foot massage atmosphere. If you ever got one. The beds are specific to this service. There is a built-in massage on the bed while they treat your hair. The bed was too strong for my arthritis on my back so they could stop it for you. The treatment for hair was superb. Then you get a great shoulder and neck massage. The package is receive also included a facial. It was was a 9 of 10. I get facial treatments even six weeks but this is for a natural glow. I dont know what they use on your hair, but after the blow dry, I was so silky, soft, and straight. I normally have as I call it top ramen hair. It hets wavey as i get older (53 yrs young). I dont know what package my friend got, but I think it cost 100. I said to the technician after she showed me the video, "whose hair is that?" Didnt look like mine. It lasted for 5 days. I want the secret products they used. Well worth it. I would do this again.
