1 /5 Raz Ziayee: I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. On the first day, they told me the problem was with the hood hinge and said they would replace it. However, the new part did not match the car’s original color, and the issue was not fixed after the replacement.
They initially said they needed a week to properly diagnose the issue, but surprisingly, I received a call the next morning claiming the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, the issue was still there — and even worse, new problems appeared. Some parts of the car were misaligned, and there were visible gaps that weren’t there before.
This shows a lack of honesty, transparency, and care in their work. I do not recommend this shop based on my experience.
