5 /5 Lee Gann: They were fast and they did a perfect job. No corners cut, no BS, just honest, expert work. I brought my BMW in for repairs and they had it cleaned, fixed, and back in my hands quicker than I expected and the car’s running better than ever. The staff actually communicates, which is rare these days, and they clearly know German cars inside and out. If you’re picky about your car and don’t trust just anyone under the hood, this is your shop. Worth every penny.

5 /5 Dee Z: I don’t have a great deal of trust for mechanics in general and went to PMW being moderately skeptical. I have used them for my M6 in the past and now my M4. They have done solid work for me and have been very professional. I took my M4 in for an engine light, was told it would be twice what the normal diagnostic cost would be and possibly more. I wasn’t pleased to hear this and expected to get a phone call telling me it would cost more for additional diagnostic tests. I was very pleased when I went to pick up my car and was charged only for the time it took to find the problem and the final diagnostic bill was less than the initial quote. In addition the guys in the shop were very great in helping me make a decision on what parts should go back in the car to prevent future issues with the problem I was experiencing. Thank you PMW for gaining my trust and running an honest shop.
