I am from a different part of the country and I had flown into Sacramento to buy a low mileage Toyota sequoia that was in phenomenal condition. The owner claimed the vehicle had 57,000 original miles and at 1st glance it definitely looked that way but unfortunately it turned out I was scammed. My wife called shops in the area to get a second opinion which is how we made contact with Hop and he was so kind and helpful. I don’t think he will ever fully understand how much that meant to us. He really did go above and beyond. He took the time to confirm and explain the issues I was having with the vehicle and he offered to keep the vehicle until I could figure something out with transport. He even gave me some supplies so I could keep going. Bottom line is this is a very good shop and if I was from the area id have no problem taking my vehicles to Red Sun without hesitation. JackHenry Aagaard: Came in for a alignment, dropped it off in the morning, it was done by noon so I had the keys picked up for me by a family member so I could come pick up the vehicle after I was off work. Showed up after they were closed in the late evening to find my vehicle COMPLETELY unlocked, with the accessory mode still on, radio and interior lights running. Older Toyota so very easy for someone to steal! Very cherished and sentimental vehicle that could have been quite easy stolen and/or damaged. Just glad I picked it up that same day and not left it all night, who knows what would have happened :/
