And today I scheduled an appointment because I plan on bringing him all my European beauties to him. Pricing is reasonable as well.

Samantha Ting Let me start off by saying Ive been going to a different shop (EU Tech) to service my 2017 BMW 4-series for years, but as a single female, I found EU Tech staff often dismissive and sometimes downright rude. This last time my car needed service, I decided to take it in to European Auto Care to get their opinion. George is amazing. First of all, this guy answers the phone himself and does most of the work himself - no pushy "service manager" middle-man type people. He is also kind, caring, and honest. He explained everything to me without talking down to me, but also enough that I would truly understand what was going on with my car. He found a leak that EU Tech had missed, and did the work required to get my car back up and running for much less than EU Tech would have charged me. He updated me personally throughout the job, had great communication, and got it done quickly and correctly. When I picked up my car, he showed me the parts he had replaced and what he noticed that was causing my issue. Drop off, pick up, and payment were all straightforward and easy. Then, to top it all off, George called me a few days after I picked up my car just to check on how the car was running. Honestly, amazing. Ill be back. My two cents: If youre debating between European Auto Care and another shop, give your business to someone who actually cares and understands how to treat a customer, like George.
