5 /5 nick sanchez: SUPERB customer service, if I could give 10 stars I would. Everyone is friendly, honest, and hardworking. Hard work and good customer care are rare to come by these days and they provide both. If you need your vehicle worked on, this is the best spot in sac!

5 /5 Krista Gibson: This place was amazing. From on phone conversation to in person experience , there was no disappointment. I called about a service I needed and got all my questions answered. I came in for the service needs discussed on the phone and the follow through was incredible. The conversation with Kelly, the front office gal, was enjoyable while waiting for my car. Also, while waiting, one of the owners, Shah, walked in. He immediately greeted me and offered me a few choices of beverages they had available for guest. Guest relations is such a key component to a successful experience and this place hit the head on the nail! Their actions matched up to their promises! I will definitely be using them in the future. This was the best first time experience I have had in a while.

5 /5 jazzy cooper: Stopped by for a quick oil change and had a great experience! The staff was professional, friendly, and got me in and out in no time. They explained everything clearly and didn’t pressure me into any extra services. The shop was clean and well-run, and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Briana: Recently brought my vehicle to them, they were so welcoming and helpful. They fixed the problems the truck was having. Mind you I commute an hour and an half to them and it was so worth it! The gentleman who helped me out was Jesse. I normally feel intimated as a lady going to auto repair shops scared of being ripped off and he understood me and was so sincere. They were all VERY professional and genuine. Would definitely come to them again!

5 /5 Jordan Freeman: I have been working with West Coast for over a year. In the commercial setting for company trucks(maintenance,repairs,etc) and my own personal vehicles. I can’t imagine going anywhere else honestly! Shaw and his team are so kind, knowledgeable, and quick! It’s not easy finding a mechanic you can trust let alone not charge you and arm and a leg but I have found that this one I can 100% trust. I just sent my car over there completely broke down and as I was stressing Shaw simply said “Jordan you know we got you don’t worry about”. Good people good service!!
