5 /5 Georgie Landy: Dr. Brent Michael is the most thorough, attentive, and caring doctor I have ever seen. I recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who takes the time to review your lab results in depth and support your next moves. I typically leave doctor appointments frustrated with the lack of care regarding my needs but I feel so hopeful and secure after seeing him. I promise he’s worth the wait time.

1 /5 Janie Smith: If youve got plenty of spare time and nothing to do, youre welcome. No matter what time your appointment is, youll be waiting for a couple of hours to see the doctor. All they can suggest is: "Would you like us to reschedule?" Ive had this situation every time I’ve visited the doctor. But this happens to all the patients. When my appointment is at 10, and I end up sitting until almost noon because the person in front of me didn’t get their appointment until 11... because the doctor was somewhere... He leaves, then comes back, then leaves again, and people are still waiting... My time is precious, and its also expensive. So, this was my last visit ever. Waiting for so long just to get a prescription is ridiculous! By the way, it’s not just a government-run hospital accepting people with medical insurance—its a private hospital, and my insurance pays hundreds of dollars for such a visit. This is unapologetic. I would not recommend this doctor. Moreover, the last prescription was incorrect, and his staff was also a mess. This crew is cheating people. Every visit also takes a long time, even when everything is clear. Dr. Michael will just say anything to drag out the appointment, speaking very slowly—probably because he gets paid by the hour. Also, you’ll never get a follow-up, and you won’t find it in my chart either. So think twice before booking an appointment

1 /5 jayden kandis: doctor is great and very knowledgeable. the wait time though is obnoxiously long, i’ve waited 2 hours just in waiting room and another 2 hours waiting in the examination room. the staff is incredibly slow and rude. it’s actually unbelievable how ill equipped they are to do the job and how they speak to patients. they are all quite a bit older so i do feel bad but at a certain point you need to be able to perform the functions of your job and certainly be kind and understanding to people who have waited hours.

1 /5 michelle minyon: I wish I could sing his praises, he is a brother in a coed service fraternity so he must be a good guy. I was the first patient of the day at 9:15. Unfortunately he never showed up so I left after 90 mins, his concierge patients take precedence over patients waiting in his office. I only had to pay $23 for parking so I could be rudely disrespected. (His assistant is very nice.)

1 /5 Joe Merritt: Worst doctors office ever and I am glad to be leaving. Even with an appointment get ready to wait an hour or more to be seen. The receptionist Anita is horrible and rude and unhelpful. Multiple times now she has not even scheduled an appointment for me after talking on the phone and gets upset at me when I show up for that appointment. She never informs me of information or tests I should have done or anything in advance when we are on the phone and then speaks to me rudely about it even though I had no idea I needed to (for example) get a blood test in advance. Plus she exclaims all of your information loudly to a waiting room full of people. No privacy, empathy, or consideration. She is horrible at her job and I don’t think Dr Micheal even prioritizes patients. He takes forever to see me and rushes me out of the room. If I could give zero stars I would
