2 /5 R A: I only visited the salon once, I’ll start with the customer service. They were very polite and quick to response. The salon ambiance was quiet, bright and spacious.
The reasons I am rating the place 2 stars:
My stylist did not have enough experience with wavy/curly hair, and did not have professional shampoo cape for hair wash service. The shampoo quality was average. My hair was not done m, and I had to redo my hair as soon as I got back home.
Maybe the stylist have experience in different areas, but if you have wavy to curly hair this might not be your best option if you are looking for an event full glow.
