She knows all the safe methods to use on a woman of my age, and passes on tips to help me looking and feeing my best! She and her staff are all very professional, polite, and highly skilled. I was super vague and all over the place with what I wanted in a haircut. I wanted it short, but not too short, and for it to look more voluminous. Throughout my cut Emily shared options and ideas on what works in creating the illusion of volume for thin straight hair. Very sweet and patient. The salon itself was clean and spacious.
