5 /5 Casburn Spencer: I had a tremendous pre-crown experience here. This office runs like clockwork with an impressive team experience. They had me on the dentists chair in a short time. Within minutes, my teeth were diagnosed. The dentist took her time to explain my options. There was an issue with my insurance, so they called the company for a resolution. The second visit was as impressive as the first. Things were done in a clockwork-type manner, with each step explained. All my questions were answered by Dr Kay and her assistant. I had temporary front teeth in while my crowns were made. The results were amazing. My front teeth were broken when I was a child, and Ive had lots of work done to them over the years. Never have i had so much comfort and pleasure in the results. They deserve more stars.

2 /5 P Igbide: Doctors and Hygienist are excellent. However, the front desk should do better with regard returning calls when they promised. I cant count the number of times when they promised to call, but never. I have been with this dental care for 9 years, and I have introduced several patients to join. Front desk, please do better.

5 /5 Roger Jauregui: I am from out of state and I unfortunately had a wisdom tooth that needed immediate extraction; i called multiple places and some of them did not even answer - much less accommodate me. I phoned this location and I was given an appointment the very next day in the morning! The tooth was removed the very next day for a great price and it was so quick and easy that I did not even know that it was done when it was removed. Every single staff member from the receptionists, to the tech, and Doctor Nguyen, were amazing! I highly recommend this location.

3 /5 Sharon Crawford brown: The person who cleaned my teeth was very unprofessional. She was an Indian lady, and when I asked her about flossing my bridge, she responded, "Don’t you brush your teeth?" Additionally, my teeth were not properly brushed or polished. Each tooth was neglected during the cleaning. Overall, it was a waste of money, as she did not adequately perform the cleaning of my teeth. Customer service in front desk was excellent

Scott Yu: I had a small dental procedure done in May by this Dentist in Oakland, first I had to pay $415 co-pay upfront, and the insurance should cover the rest, he assured me that won’t be anymore out of pocket cost, and if the insurance covers more, he will refund the difference. Now the work is done, insurance paid the claim, and he wanted me to pay additional co-pay. Apparently he low-ball the co-pay to lure me into doing the procedure. BE AWARE OF THIS DISHONEST DENTIST.

S S: I had scheduled a simple teeth cleaning appointment, but when I arrived for my appointment, they required me to sign a consent form so that they could take dental X-rays. Since its not required, I refused and requested that only the teeth cleaning for which I had made an appointment be done. I had later offered to share my X-rays(on phone), which were taken a year ago, but they refused because they take X-rays of all new patients. They canceled my appointment because they couldnt make money since I refused to have X-rays. Since these X-rays are only covered by insurance once every five years and I just had my X-rays done a year ago, I would have had to pay out of pocket. Doctor, you wasted both my and your time. Tell your executives to clearly communicating patients about the "necessary dental X-ray" even if they only schedule a cleaning appointment. It wouldve been much easier if they had mentioned X-rays when I made the appointment.
