1 /5 Jlyn M: I recently visited the salon for a pedicure, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely unacceptable. Despite explicitly requesting that the water/treatment not be too hot, the technician proceeded otherwise, resulting in burns on my feet. She witnessed my skinās reaction but failed to address the issue appropriately. Additionally, the service was incomplete, yet I was still charged $82.
Due to this negligence, I am now experiencing prolonged peeling and discomfort, comparable to paper cuts. Given my health condition, this situation poses a serious risk of infection, which could have severe consequences when it comes to my feet. When I sought a refund for the injury caused, the owner refused.
As a result, I will no longer be a client and strongly urge others to seek services elsewhere. This establishment prioritizes overpriced profits over customer well-being, and I can not support a business that disregards client safety and satisfaction for the "services" they provide.
