Subaru of San Luis Obispo Service Center - San Luis Obispo
DiNESH P: my last service interaction was terrible, horrible service: - my car has extended warranty and went to show them three issues to see if they can be fixed under the warranty or not. After inspection they came and told me that 2 of them will be covered under the warranty but one of them is not. According to them the one that is not covered under the warranty, which is driver side window doesnt close all the way. They told me that dirt in the rubber gasket is causing the issue, and according to them they inspected the issue and cleaned and problem is fixed. For that they want to charge me $400. I have disagreed with them and told them that dirt is not the issue and that is not going to solve the problem. This is apparently an issue with many subaru vehicles. Recently my friend the same subaru outback he had the same issue and subaru folks fixed the problem by replacing the entire motor assembly inside the door fully covered under the warranty. I had to chat with their manager and after explaining the issue he waived the charges. But my point is i tried show the video when the window doesnt roll up properly they are like we need replicate the issue in the shop, how can i replicate the issue in the shop when the issue takes place someone outthere when i am on the road randomly....... After leaving home a couple of days while i was driving to SLO for work, window started having the same issue and i took the car right away to the dealer and showed them the problem and the accepted that it is not the dirt and replaced some components in the window ........ Another incident happened right after they fixing the problem, i was planning to pick up my car after hours since service team is closed they allowed me to make the payment at the sales and pick up the keys from them. The amount i am due to pay is changed thrice, each time it is different price, initially when i first brought the car it is $49, came to pick up the car $199, after reminding them what i am due based on the previous statement they gave me they ended up charging $49. Service team supposed to hand over my car keys in the sales team but they didnt and the sales guy needed to call the service rep to get my keys. Even before calling the service rep, he told me too bad i dont have the car keys you need to come back tomorrow. HOW DO I DRIVE HOME i am 30 miles away. He said that without even trying but service rep answered the call on the first tray. This sales rep is the MOST RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. HORROIBLE people to work in the service and sales department. I had an argument with him asking 15 mins WHY YOU HAVE TO BE SO RUDE, i wasnt angry or mean at him.......he even asked me if i want my car or not .....
    West Coast Auto - Atascadero
    J. Mark Pierce: I like this place. The guy behind the counter is personable and able to juggle many customers at once. I needed the battery replaced in one of my tire sensors. It took one hour and cost $72. Good job...thank you.

Shiftn Gears Auto Repair - Paso Robles
Brandon Sibley: 100% recommend! Moved my father to this area and he was in need of something minor after the 600m drive. We stopped in and they were polite, accurate, informative and in the end they didnt charge us for the issue. I had to leave early to get back to Colorado but they took care of my dad and offered a pickup/drop-off service. I wish these guys were in Colorado but Im glad they are there for my dad. I wouldnt go anywhere else if I have a choice.
    Carrillo Automotive - Paso Robles
David: I was in town for work and came into Carillo with a dying alternator -- practically dead in the water (car would not stay running, could not get out of Park, etc.). Despite having a full garage, Javier went above and beyond to get my car in and out the same day so that I could complete my job and get back on the road. They really saved my rear on this one! Thank you guys so much!!
Paso Robles Auto Repair - Paso Robles
Adriana Vega: I couldnt ask for a better team to work on my car. The level of customer service and prices just doesnt compare to those around our area. Grateful to have found this little gem for my car maintenance needs. Highly recommend this spot to anyone needing repairs or maintenance.
Johns Import Auto Care - Paso Robles
Mark Balliet: Would give 10 stars if I could. Woke up in the morning and our car wouldn’t start. Called around to a few places and they couldn’t accommodate us on such short notice but called John and he said he could squeeze us in. Got the car fixed by 5pm the same day. Great service from a great man. We found our new mechanic! Thanks a ton John, we will be back every time.
Auto Limits Auto Repair - Paso Robles
M&J Kunoa: We were on our way to Temecula from Monterey and our air conditioner went out. We would have been OK if it were just us but we had our little kittens with us and the temperature was pushing 100°. I called several (many) other auto repair shops in Paso Robles and none of them could (or would) check it out until I called "AUTO LIMITS." They were willing and able to look at it and actually had it back working in under 2 hours! If we lived in the area they would certainly be our "go-to" mechanics.
