2 /5 Maria Gutierrez: I’ve been coming here for the last 2ish years for my annual visits with Dr Steers. I noticed that the front staff is rude, specifically Ida who rolled her eyes at me after I asked her if the doctor was still seeing us (she told us if we arrived after 9:35 they would not be able to see us for our 9:30 appt, we got there at 9:34 and it was 9:37, we got seen at 9:40). Another thing is when I called for Idas name, another rude front lady answered the phone. This was the same woman that while I was paying for my appointment, I saw asked a sweet older man if he was being helped, he said someone answered his question but he had another one. Instead of helping her she asked him who answered his previous question and then yelled “if *inserts her name* helped you then she can help you again” and walked away without giving him a second look. I don’t know her name but she was overweight, white, and had a white bob and a face mask. He looked defeated and said “anyone could answer it” as she rudely walked off. It’s a shame because it’s actually the second year in a row Ida is rude to me and I don’t understand how they can have such great doctors and such rude front desk staff. Unfortunately due to this reason I will be changing vets. I hope the staff sees this review and does something about it. I’m not the first person to leave a review like this one.
