1 /5 TL Carroll: So rude for absolutely no reason. I tried to call to inquire about service and no one picked up. It’s a small shop so maybe they’re just busy. I go up there and wait until Alem is done with another service so I could ask for a quote on a map sensor replacement. One of his workers starts yelling at me because I asked if he was able to do a quote as I didn’t know who was Alem out of the 3 men there and then I ask Alem for the quote and he states he doesn’t work on small cars. At the same time, He has a Prius that’s being worked on in the lot. My car is a 2013 beetle which is literally the same size….pathetic

Ive been brining my cars since my high school days circa 20 years back, for repairs, maintenance, oil change, tire pressure, run diagnostics whenever the wrench or transmission signal comes on (same with close family and friends with cars of all kinds/brands). Long standing landmark in the area. Alem has been in the game for a while and there is no confusion about how much he loves what he does. Alem is the car whisperer, very talented, reliable, timely, thorough, genuinely cares and makes sure you have a well operating and reliable car. You take your car for one issue, Alem makes sure to scan the car thoroughly in case there are other parts that need attention, and he fixes it on one go. Alem is resourceful and well connected; he can order parts for your car and have it delivered to his shop. He is clear with his explanations. Price is more than fair. You take your car to the dealership and you face the risk they will misdiagnose or diagnose based on a guess just to make sales, and add new problems that your car never had but you trust them since you consider them skilled subject matter experts and you fall for it, and pay a huge bill when in reality the price is not and shouldnt be that steep. This is not a dig, of course, not all, there are plenty of good eggs working in those dealership establishments, just saying to say with Alem is a full package deal and no need to look for second opinion when you have this well operating shop in the community.

5 /5 Lynn Miller: I was so upset when the check engine light on my 2016 Volvo lit up. I was headed out of town to watch the Super Bowl and I thought my plans were ruined. It was a Saturday afternoon and very few auto repair shops were open. The few open shops I could find all said come back next week. Then I found Alems shop number so I called expecting yet another rejection but instead I heard "Come on in. Ill take a look at it." I drove over and within 45 mins the problem was diagnosed and repaired. The price was so reasonable, the car was repaired so quickly, and Alem took me in when nobody else would, I paid more that the actual bill. I never do that but I was so elated by the great service I received I wanted to pay more!
