5 /5 Joshua Posey: Was driving home from my graveyard shift and suddenly experienced a rhythmic slapping sound from the engine. Couldnt see what was wrong in the dark but thankfully the car restarted later in the morning and I limped it to Sheafs a few blocks away, terrified that I couldnt afford whatever had happened. Instead, they immediately spotted a broken serpentine belt dragging under the car as I pulled in and had me repaired and back on the road in less than 3 hours, for only the price of the part plus maintenance even though I forgot to surrender my keys before I walked home. Ill definitely be keeping these guys first in mind for car repairs in the future.

5 /5 Kate !: On my way home I became concerned about my tires on my truck. Saw this place had good reviews for female pres. folks and went to ask for a safety inspection. Middle of the day, and even though they were busy, the techs very kindly did an inspection for me with no appointment so I could be informed of the things that needed repair and be on my way. They did not try to upsell me on anything or push services. Very honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. Hard to find a mechanic that listens and they were very patient and took into account what I knew about the truck already. They even helped me safely back out of the shop because it is on a busy street. Definitely recommend.

Im currently doing an internship in Silicon Valley, and my cars front bumper was falling off while the passenger seat wasn’t working properly. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, and to my surprise, the entire repair was completed in about an hour! The service was incredibly fast, efficient, and good price. Other places will have taken days to do the same. My front bumper is attached back without issues!!! Initially, I thought the issue with the passenger seat was due to something getting stuck, but they quickly identified the real problem and fixed it right away. I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and speed. Im very happy to have my car back in such a short amount of time. Highly recommend this place—I’ll definitely be coming back if I need anything else!

Their attitude was extremely rude — they flat-out said, “If you don’t like it, pay for the diagnostic and take your car somewhere else.” Of course, we found a different shop where responsible professionals fixed everything quickly and for a fair price. These people should seriously learn how to provide proper service and how to talk to customers with basic respect. Zero stars — avoid this place!

Daniel Amaya: Absolutely disgraceful service at this place, especially from the woman at the front desk, who is the owner’s wife. I came in for a smog check and was immediately judged for having a missing sticker on my intake—despite the fact that, under California law, my modification is fully legal with the proper Executive Order documentation. Rather than listen or act professionally, she became hostile, raised her voice at me, and treated me with complete disrespect. Eventually, both she and her husband kicked me out in the most unprofessional manner I’ve ever experienced. No customer should be treated this way. This place has no respect for people, the law, or basic human decency. I strongly advise others to avoid this business.

R W P: This is now my place to get any work on both my truck n car done. Excellent job on both my vehicles, just had oil changes done on both , they did it fast on both and did a clean job on both. All the guys and the wonderful lady at the counter are very friendly and really listen if you have any problems when you bring in your car.
