1 /5 Leo B.: We brought our car in after they promised a quick repair. Instead, they only ran a diagnostic, quoted an outrageously high price, and told us the job wouldn’t be done anytime soon. Their attitude was extremely rude — they flat-out said, “If you don’t like it, pay for the diagnostic and take your car somewhere else.” Of course, we found a different shop where responsible professionals fixed everything quickly and for a fair price. These people should seriously learn how to provide proper service and how to talk to customers with basic respect. Zero stars — avoid this place!

5 /5 Tony De Avila: I recently took my Lexus to ASAP to have some new mufflers installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, Noe took the time to explain my options without any pushy upselling. The installation was done in about 2 hours. The work was clean and professional; my car now sounds much quieter & that’s exactly what I was going for. Pricing was fair, and they even double-checked everything before handing me the keys. I’ll be sure to have future repairs/maintenance work done here.

The folks at ASAP (Juan in particular) were extremely helpful, kind, and informative throughout the entirety of the process. Unfortunately, my AC fix wasn’t as simple as a simple compressor swap, however the team did their best to develop the best solution at the most affordable price. The job was done in about a week, and my car is back in working order! Thanks again to the team.

5 /5 moallii Leather: First, let me say they have great communication. I dealt with Noe and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were also upfront with pricing. I was getting my brakes done and was worried the back brakes needed to be fixed but they checked and said they were fine. I appreciate their honesty. Will definitely be back!

I asked questions about my repairs and they knew exactly what to say. Awesome fantastic service. I’m a satisfied customer and would come back for sure.
