I brought my car in today for a quick diagnostic—even though you were busy, you still made time to help me out. You walked me through everything clearly, used a stethoscope to rule out a lifter issue, and explained how a real lifter problem would sound. It’s rare these days to find a shop that’s honest and genuinely cares. A lot of places just try to make a sale, but here, I felt I could really trust the service.     Leo B.: We brought our car in after they promised a quick repair. Instead, they only ran a diagnostic, quoted an outrageously high price, and told us the job wouldn’t be done anytime soon. Their attitude was extremely rude — they flat-out said, “If you don’t like it, pay for the diagnostic and take your car somewhere else.” Of course, we found a different shop where responsible professionals fixed everything quickly and for a fair price. These people should seriously learn how to provide proper service and how to talk to customers with basic respect. Zero stars — avoid this place!

    Daniel Amaya: Absolutely disgraceful service at this place, especially from the woman at the front desk, who is the owner’s wife. I came in for a smog check and was immediately judged for having a missing sticker on my intake—despite the fact that, under California law, my modification is fully legal with the proper Executive Order documentation. Rather than listen or act professionally, she became hostile, raised her voice at me, and treated me with complete disrespect. Eventually, both she and her husband kicked me out in the most unprofessional manner I’ve ever experienced. No customer should be treated this way. This place has no respect for people, the law, or basic human decency. I strongly advise others to avoid this business.

Excellent job on both my vehicles, just had oil changes done on both , they did it fast on both and did a clean job on both. All the guys and the wonderful lady at the counter are very friendly and really listen if you have any problems when you bring in your car. Cant say that I cant wait to go again , LOL, but if I need work done , I wont be gritting my teeth , as I know where TO GO. Thanks guys for making it a easy choice.

Although the shop normally operates by appointment, Katie was able to take me in. The repair was completed in just one day. Throughout the process, Katie kept me informed with calls and texts, and she even followed up afterward to make sure the car was running well and that I made it home safely.
