1 /5 stephanie starks: I have never been to a aaa auto repair center with such blatant lack of care for customer experience and opinion. I am not sure if it is because of the typical clientele, but not only were the charges for a diagnostic not typical, but any degree of upset will set you back. They will not provide notice or any other basic customer service one would expect if you aren’t the type of person to tap your card and smile. There is no reason someone who was requested to show up when they open to not only not be provided any service at all, but be told their car could not get serviced in time 20 minutes before closing. Good thing I decided to head back early, otherwise I would have not been able to pick my car up. My car was in the same spot i left it in at 8:30 am. Good choice for people who don’t know what to expect, price and service wise, when going to a mechanic.
