He was friendly, walked me through the inspection, and explained all the issues with the car. The price is good for the bay area. I highly recommend!

He sent me a quote as well as a video explaining the issues and even gave me an estimated time. The price for both the oil issues and brakes was very fair, not upcharged at all, and the service was also very fast.

When I arrived Monday the owner of the shop told me that I would need a diagnostic because my car engine may be bad. I said OK but can you please not wish the worst on my car it could just be that I need a tune up. He then told me that Hes the professional and I dont know anything and I was asking too many questions and to get out of shop because he cant work with me. Ive never experienced such rudeness from someone for no apparent reason maybe he was having a bad day but this type of treatment to a customer is unnecessary and unacceptable!!
