2 /5 Kent Chu: Few weeks back, I took my car into mangale motors due to engine light and was severely lacking in power. It was diagnosed with engine misfire and that rodents had chewed through 2 of the spark plug wires. The chewed wires were right under the engine cover with easy access. In the end, I was charged for 2 hours of work plus diagnostic and fees for $540. After examining the wires and the work that was done, it seemed clear to me that charging so much was excessive. The wires were simply crimped back together and taped back up. It was exaggerated to me how bad the issue was and how much work had gone into a $540 simple rewire job. While they were great in service, I felt like they took advantage of a customer situation by over charging for a rewiring a few small wires.
