The second time, my Tesla needed significant body work, and I was so impressed by the care and expertise they put into the job. Alan went above and beyond managing both projects. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The communication from the whole team was consistent and clear, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend working with him. He was transparent about the pricing for both parts and labor. Hes attentive and goes above and beyond! I dropped off my car a little later in the day once the parts were ready, but they were still able to accommodate me and complete the work within a few hours. They even offered me a rideshare back home, which was amazing, and their lobby was well-stocked with drinks and snacks.
